I lost my SIM card and went to this store to get a replacement card. Zaid was extremely patient and helpful (it took two hours to activate the new SIM card). Best customer experience ever
i had gone into the store checking into getting myself an iPad. two gentlemen - ZAID and CEDRIC were very helpful in both explaining what the fees were that would be added onto my monthly bill as well as how helpful some of the fees are in the long run. both went out of their way to alleviate my obvious discomfort.nni thank them for their assistance and look forward to future interactions.
