FedEx Home Delivery

They give me a weather delay twice, didn't attempt to deliver my package two days in a row even know the temp was 57 degrees, no snow, no rain and clear skies. Called customer service where they explained absolutely nothing. The customer service agent was rude and mean spirited. This by far has been the worst experience I've ever had with a business. In the future I will deal with Amazon prime delivery service. FedEx is unreliable and unapologetic about there shady delivery services. Also they would not let me pick up my package and would not say when I would be receiving my package. All unacceptable to a very small business owner that is trying to survive in the world of COVID-19. My customer has now canceled his service appointment with me due to I couldn't give a date when the parts would arrive. Shame on FedEx, I've got three kids to feed. Stay away from FedEx and this facility at all cost. If you don't mind receiving a package days after they said it would be delivered, pick FEDEX. If you need accurate, precise, and on time delivery Choose anybody else. In fact my Grandma is 88 tomorrow and I'm sure she could beat FEDEX to your door. And all I ever remember her driving is her battery powered rascal scooter. The wrost!!

When the regular delivery driver isn't on duty, the other ones are rude. and they often leave packages in an unsecured area. Our regular driver is great.

They have lied about a package “attempting” to be delivered for over a week now. No door knock, no door bell, have been waiting last two days at home all day. Then I get a text and email that it has been attempted again when no one has showed up on my door step!! Completely worthless!! Will never use fedex to ship again! Now I have to go pick it up across town and am waiting for customer service to get back to me.

I worked for them graveyard shift they are very proficient but most employees are youngsters so your package is put away by a kid all they need is direction I'm old not young no more they tend to mimic and copy how the system works when it's done right and not in chaos everything is good so just remember the driver has nothing to do in the equation?...

My item was supposed to be here on the 19th and I’ve yet to receive it. Even though it says it was delivered to my door. I was home and didn’t get anything. Idk if it was dropped off at the wrong door or not. When I call all I get is that it was delivered. Needless to say I’m upset. Not very good service.
