I was a repeat customer and the first time they were amazing. Now they were 1.5 hours late, they scratched our furniture, lost screws, one guy didn’t wear a mask, and they we’re just not prepared. As a result, we had another day of moving because they didn’t complete it the first day. We called Don several times and he just refused to call us back. We were told “he’s busy.” VERY disappointing. Do not recommend anymore.
I literally cannot say enough great things about every person who works here. I have used them every year for the past 4 years with both in-state and out-of-state moves. They have always been on time, never damaged any property, packed everything efficiently, and gone above and beyond board. Even in the Arizona heat in summer they never complained and got the job done in less time than estimated. They packed up and emptied my 3 story house in a matter of hours, and didn’t miss a single item. They also have great problem solving skills and tackled every challenge I have thrown their way. Even if it was entertaining my 4 year old son lol. I have never had such a positive experience with a moving company, and they’ve honestly set the bar very high.
Corina- the front desk gal is great!nThe owner himself is great!nnWe sell a high end sofa bed line made by American Leather. It’s a extremely heavy product and fairly high in value. Also, we are a retail dealer located in California. We sold a sofa bed for a Client base in California, however has a second home in Frisco, Colorado. We search on the web for the nearest shipping Hub in Colorado and after Speaking to Corina , I was confident designers choice moving as well equip to handle this in-home delivery. Communication with designers choice was extremely efficient always picking the phone and returning emails. If we have a customer in Colorado again, we know who to call in regards to logistics!
The first time I used this company they were great. However the second time was a different story! During the second experience they completely dropped the ball. They were supposed to pickup/deliver a few large items and were put behind schedule by another big job. They called, and we rescheduled. The day of the rescheduled pickup/delivery Shane confirmed in the morning however his crew never showed up, he didn't respond, and still hasn't.
Brandon, Adam, Mitch, and Justin. What an A team! These guys are top notch awesome. Will never move again without calling Don at Designer's Choice. A+++
