I would highly recommend Pryme Moving! I shopped around for the best pricing, and Pryme Moving had the most competitive pricing, by far. My primary contact, Craig, was incredibly communicative throughout the process. I never had to worry about the job getting time on time because we were in contact throughout the entire process, from scheduling 1 month out until moving day. The movers were exceptional - hard working, very nice, and took excellent care of my belongings. When one piece of hardware was missing to reassemble the crib, one of the movers came back the next day to correctly assemble the crib and fix the problem. I could not be happier with Pryme Moving and would highly recommend them!

My husband and I used this company to move our two bedroom apartment and had a lot of issues with the actual crew themselves. In no way does this reflect the company as a whole. After bringing my concerns and issues to Craig, he went above and beyond to ensure that the issues were corrected in any way he could and that my husband and I were and were happy in the end. Would definitely use again with a different crew and recommend to family and friends.

Other factors in the day delayed the movers and pushed the time slot from 10 am to 4pm. Craig the owner reached out as I was vocally frustrated and ensured the move would be done that day. The two movers I had were amazing! Fast and really funny guys who were making the situation the best they could.nnAlthough the day was frustrating, Craig was sincere and caring towards his customers. Moving is a tricky balance so I respect his customer service because the company definitely does more for their customers than what’s typically planned.

I couldn't be happier with Pryme Moving. Right away I was connected with the owner Craig who you can tell takes pride in his company and will make sure you're not nickel & dimed like quotes I received from other companies. The day of the move there was an issue with one of their trucks, but Craig was quick to action and got another team out. My movers, John and Fred were the most polite and efficient workers you could ask for. This two man group got to work at lightning speed and before you knew it I was all moved in. They went above and beyond making sure everything was done right the first time. I would suggest using this company for any moving jobs you need.
