This is my favorite T-Mobile location. The staff goes out of their way to make your experience good. I been with T-Mobile for 14 years and will never leave.

This location has impeccable customer service, especially Justin!! I've worked with him multiple times over the past 3 years and everytime he is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient!!

I'm a eldery Vietnam war veteran that was having a problem with my account. I couldn't get the help that I required online or as it turned out on the phone either. I asked my son to take me to the nearest brick n mortar store. Fortunately, we were the only ones in the store. Due to distancing requirements I was a bit concerned as I just finished radiation therapy. Miljan, the representative, mask on with hand sanitizer near by, took control of my situation with corporate and resolved my problem in no time. Thanks to him I was out the door in a short time, satisfied and safe, to return home where I stay safe and alive.nOver all a very satisfying and productive experience.
