This place has zero customer service. I think I’m going to move out of state because I cannot be treated like an irritant when I spend $230 a month for cable and internet
I went into the store to get an issue resolved where my modem needed to be transferred from my old roommates account onto mine. I talked with Alex N. For awhile about the situation. He wasn’t able to get it transferred without my old roommate there so he gave me his card and said to email him with the information needed and he would take care of it from there. We did just that a few days later and we didn’t hear anything back from Alex. We both tried emailing him and received nothing back. It would have been better if he just stated he didn’t want to help out instead of making us think we had the issue resolved and could count on him.
Unborn that you cannot get anyone in the phone forcing me to go into the store during this pandemic. Do better
On my moving day I made it to the store right as they were locking up for the night. Javier not only allowed me to pick up my equipment so I can have service that night but even still took the time to explain the activation steps.
I don't like Xfinity. I hated Comcast. But, these people know their stuff and get you in and out quickly. It's as COVID safe as any place I've visited too. Christine helped me and she was awesome. It's so nice to have a good experience in a world full of troubles. Thanks for great service!
