Bought one of your Web-Cams this summer. Cost was $29 & some cents people tell me the web-cam is High Quality,the guys said it would last a year or more. When it stops working I will be back. The guys were very nice, freindly,and will go back for all my PC needs. Thank you
I called about a laptop screen. I said I just need to pick it up and not have it installed. I was told that would be fine and they had it in stock. I drove 20 min down and the next guy said, no we don't sell laptop screens. He even called and they confirmed they earlier guy said they would sell it to me. They wouldn't honor the sale even with no return. If they can't honor what one of their staff tells a customer then what else are not not honoring.
Dominic listened to my description of the problem on my (Windows 7) laptop, and suggested running a diagnostic to see what the problem(s). He could have tried to selling me something, but he was very professional and suggested the diagnostic, instead of assuming the problem was a bad drive.nnI'm looking forward to doing more business with them.
These guys are great. Fast, friendly and did exactly what they promised in the time they said they would. I would absolutely go there again. I found them trustworthy and dependable and my new computer is perfect for what I needed.
