If customer service matters to you, then I highly recommend CubeSmart. Mary Ann and Jamie were amazing. From the first call to the check-in, they were polite, informative, and helpful. They made the process very easy.nnBut it's not just customer service. The location was very clean and easy to access.nnI highly recommend CubeSmart.

Really a great place.nWe started out with their introductory rates on a 5' x 10' space and quickly discovered that we needed a larger storage space.nMaryanne and Jaime were both really pleasant and helpful.nThey were able to switch us to a larger space for no extra fee, and even still honored the introductory rate that we'd been given.nClean facility and really helpful staff, I can't really ask for anything more.

MaryAnne has gone above and beyond to assist me with my business storage solutions. I appreciate her level of customer service. The facility is brand new and conveniently located at a major intersection. I recommend Cubesmart due to the options other storage facilities do not offer.
