I’ve rented here for years and have never had problems. Current management (Jonah) is efficient and helpful. My stuff stays where I put it and it’s accessible when I need it. Grounds stay free from trash and litter. I’ve upgraded to larger unit twice with no problems. Easy, reliable, safe—no problems!
Very polite and always accommodating, they have away been there for me.
This place is an absolute joke. They keep raising rates, they don’t call you about rate changes, they’ll mail you and not care wether they have the right address. I was with this storage facility before the buy out or management change and the old people had my correct address. Storquest managed to mess that up and then blame it on me. Wouldn’t move in here. I’m changing units as soon as I can
It’s not too often that you have a great customer service experience with a storage facility but I was very impressed with the assistance provided by Jonah. He runs a good business and they have my recommendation!
Overall fantastic customer service, on-site mngr was warm and straight so I felt safe, clean property and the most affordable rates I found so far. I highly recommend StorQuest.
