Cant get ahold of anyone when calling 3x they picked up and hung up otherwise it goes to a full mailbox and hangs up automatically. Last time we went in we waited 15 minutes before walking out because of no service. Rude!
Never going to this store again. The staff are a bunch of kids who have no idea what they’re doing or just don’t care. I don’t know if they just aren’t trained properly or what but they don’t listen, twist words and clearly aren’t their to help people. Also very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. The transition to T-mobile is obviously not going seamlessly. There should be a supervisor or manager on site that can help train these kids.
I was dreading going into this store to get a SIM card based off the reviews. However, I was awesomely surprised. Tasier was extremely helpful and just an all around amazing human! He got me my SIM card and installed it for me! There was another gentleman that came in right before I left that helped Tasier that was awesome too, but I didn’t get his name. All around, extremely helpful, polite and friendly!!!

I truly wish I could give zero stars. The associate I “speaking” with couldn’t even log into his computer or put together coherent sentences. Mumbling into his phone for 20 minutes trying find the “lease agreement” section to my profile.nnAbsolutely ridiculous. Kid said to his boss on the phone that he didn’t have google. Well, I do so don’t bother going here. I had to walk out, figured I could do more than this guy. Yeesh.
