Much love to Isaac, Matt, and Adam. Isaac spent several hours with us answering our questions, showing us the possibilities of this substantive world of sound and experience. With Chris' help we purchased an amplifier, CD player, and turntable in early March of 2020. Some of the products did not arrive at Crescendo until after the pandemic had closed everything down. Matt actually delivered those products to our home up in the mountains by himself in a safe manner. We installed the equipment ourselves, and had a minor noise issue come through our old speakers. We worked with Chris by email to determine possible origins of the noise. During this process, Matt loaned us a power conditioner to help us identify the exact cause which turned out to be the old electric wiring in our home. We recommend Crescendo Fine Audio to everyone.

Small shop with highly attentive staff who know their stuff. While I've been using listen up for years, this place has drawn me in more so with their professionalism and how they treated me. Also, decent little vinyl selection for a hifi shop.

Wasn't looking for a high end system but was looking for some good quality audio cables. Hard to find anymore. They had what I was looking for. Good value and good folks. System I heard was pretty awesome. Someday may return to get a decent record player.
