I have been coming to this T- Mobile for sometime now- probably at least a year or so. The majority are of the time I come in I have been helped by the same gentleman, Anthony. From purchasing phones, accessories, to making plan changes to help us save money (even though that wasn’t what we came in for that time) to helping me keep my boyfriends Valentine’s Day gift (iPhone pro max) a surprise. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the smallest details of whatever you’re getting into- new plan or new phone lease-which I find that at other locations I have gone to- they tend to leave those things out and end up having a surprise on your bill. He has definitely gone the extra mile for my family and very much appreciate all of his help!

Joe helped me with my old phone that stopped working. He went above and beyond by going to another store for me to pick up the phone I wanted. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you Joe, I will be back to see you to get my wife’s phone.

Never disappoint. Even one of the employees drove to another store to get what I needed. ..went above and beyond...but everyone there was awesome
