This location of Metro PCS is good because hardly anyone goes there, but the service is not so great. The employees have something else better going on in the backroom... The turnover is high so you don't always see the same worker next time.nIf you have to pay your bill or use a Metro PCS store, use the location at Colfax and Downing. It looks like a dump, but the service is great.
The manager Patricia young&cocky but very knowledgeable and helpful! It is really pleasure to find someone WHO make an extra effort to understand your problem and help you or give you clear answer about what you can or can't DO! I was very pleasantly surprised by the service offered. I feel luck to had find Patricia in the store! Yes this kind of people need to manage-the knowledge it's the FUTURE of America! Totally incompetent staff. Sold me a bad phone then acted like it was a big deal to replace it. Patricia Told me I had to wait 3-5 days to get a new one under warranty. I was to be without a phone for 5 days untill she saw how upset I was. Also came back to pick the new phone up and they said we can't exchange with out the sims. Sims was under the damn bag. Total idiot's.
Maria did a great job helping me
Flor was awesome at multitasking, helping myself and another customer at the same time right at 10 A.M. She was wonderful! And Patti is always so nice :) even though she wasn't there lol she's great too!
