Super impressed with this location. I bought a phone and screen protector from this store almost 3 years ago, which went super smoothly. Today I needed help tracking down an old receipt, and Deanna went above and beyond to help me locate it. She was so friendly and professional. It's incredibly refreshing to be met with such excellent customer service. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

I cant believe it took me so long to switch from T-Mobile. The guys over at sloans lake were great not only did I get exactly what I wanted but Steve made sure I got a great deal. I already have reccommended this place to my friends.

Pleasure to have had such a great experience. Both employees had their professional/customer service side. A personal aspect was added to our environment which really made our experience worthwhile. Loved! Not only were we in the store less than 30mins, not once did we hear a negative response. Even if there was a slight hiccup, the response was always positive. Angel was extremely helpful he was the guardian angel. We got my phone added with ease! Keep up the great work!

Was greeted by the AT&T rep Angel. He was very professional, friendly and courteous upon our arrival. He was the only rep working this store and had three other customers he was also helping. He maintained a very professional and courteous behavior when dealing with each customer. He kept us apprised of our wait time and seemed to multi task very well. Not a single customer was upset leaving the store while we were there. He explained and answered all our questions and was able to upgrade our plan and help with a new phone upgrade in a timely manner. Highly recommend Angel and this AT&T store on your next trip for a new plan or upgrade and phone purchase.
