Great cookies, very large, and warm! The employees are also very friendly and hard working. A little pricey, but they are usually worth it.
Great cookies, poor service. First off, I think it’s pretentious to ask for a tip at that place. They are not a wait staff... you literally check yourself out and they hand you a box. also, curbside pickup is a joke. I ordered and paid ahead online and waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring out the cookies AFTER the app said they were ready to go. I sat and watched them fill 4 other orders before I went inside to get them myself. So much for social distancing... way to accommodate Crumbl! The cookies are great though, as long as your okay with paying $4 for a cookie and waiting in line for it.
Awesome cookies and amazing friendly service!!! These folks go over and above to help!! I cannot say enough good things about Crumbl Cookies Cedar City!!
Pretty disappointed, we ordered online to make sure that we would get the cookies we wanted. 15 minutes later we showed up when we were supposed to and the cookies we ordered were sold out. What's the point of ordering online if half your order is going to be gone when you get there?
