Excellent service! Austin and Trish were so awesome. We ported in our number and brought our own phone's. They helped us get the service up and going. They even helped with getting all the discounts we were eligible for. I highly recommend this store. Most importantly we now have wireless service at our house in Lincoln Park neighborhood. With the other providers we never had service at our house or in the area. So happy with ATT wireless. The level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by both Trish and Austin is so refreshing to deal with. They were so patient too even when we ran into a couple of issues. We got a prepaid plan here a week ago, and really appreciated the store being open in spite of the pandemic. The employees wore masks and serviced one person at a time, which was a great idea. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, we got a wrong plan. When we called a few days later, unable to travel a long way back to the store, the manager of the store, Trish, was very helpful. She spent a lot of time on the phone with us to find a solution remotely. Our plan was finally successfully switched to the correct one, and it wouldn't be without her taking an extra mile. Thank you to the staff for the work they do during these difficult times!
