Sears Home Services provided us with outstanding service. Our Sears Elite Refrigerator stopped working. Sears sent John from the Canon City Sears Store who arrived on time. John identified the issue and had to remove the refrigerator. John replaced it with a temporary replacement as he did not wish to inconvenience us (we truly appreciated his thoughtfulness) John repaired the refrigerator and returned it earlier than we were expecting, which we also appreciated. The crew that picked up and then delivered the repaired refrigerator back to us were always friendly courteous and obviously knowledgeable as they had to take it all apart and then replaced it all once again and in perfect order. They even offered to re-arrange the shelves if we wished. I strongly recommend John and the local Sear Stores to everyone. Thank you, Sears, and thank you John and crew. Signed Paul Carreras

Great place! Locally owned and operated and the owner is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure people feel welcome and get what they need! The staff is wonderful. All in all a great place to shop!

My washer and dryer had been delivered in the past 5 weeks. The dryer thumped as if it was off balanced. I called Sears and they told me I should have reported within 30 days. Now I would have to pay an 80$ service call via their repair service because I did not take out an extended service policy. What good is the one year warranty for the product. I think they are rude and I will shop Sears or other appliance dealers in Pueblo or Co Springs. My sister has heard other negative comments.
