Abf freight called to arrange delivery of a large gun safe I order from another company. Told that I could have delivery Monday between 9:30-10:30am, first delivery of the day. I said great, Monday comes....11am arrives with no sign of abf freight. I call and they apologize saying a truck with 41 items didn't arrive and I was on a list to call for rescheduling. I say fine same time tomorrow is good. Great, see you then. Tuesday, 10:30am arrives and no sight of my delivery again. Call and this time the truck has broke down and I am far down on the list, so it will be late afternoon...so I ask to reschedule yet again for first thing in the morning 9:30-10:30am. This time I am informed that they don't give one hour windows of delivery and the delivery windows are 4 hours. Except they did do that the last two days? Yet to receive my item... hopefully tomorrow it gets delivered between 9am-1pm? Hope to never deal with again!

I picked a kayak up today, because it was so late getting to me and i wont be avilable for the next several days for a delivery. It came from the east coast and they carried it the whole way. After i got home and unwraped it completely i saw that it was gouged in several spots and has a huge deep dent in the side of it. Its like they transferred it from truck to truck by just throwing it or something. Ill never use them again. I bought a 699.00 kayak and i have a dented piece of trash now.
I was in and very quickly and they even answered the phone before they we're open to accommodate me. I save probably $600 using this service over driving a uhaul and towing my car all the way up here and not a thing was out of place within the relocube. If youre moving a smaller amount of stuff a long way you can't go wrong with them
