U-Pack

U-pack was a piece of cake to help move all my 30 years of possessions.nWe used movers for the house and I got a U-pack for the shop and office.nthe 26 foot truck was plenty for most of the house boxes and a 40x60 shop.nThey brought it a day early and took it a day later than promised. Easy to communicate with local dispatch, name is all they needed to find me, ramp was included, A1++++ and economical. It really is the way to go.

Partnered with Old Dominion, U-Pack gave us a quote and set up a delivery date for a moving truck to have at our house just prior to closing on the sell of our property. Upon delivery the driver thought the County maintained road was “too difficult” to drive and our driveway wouldn’t be possible to deliver a trailer to. We informed them we’ve done this several times in the past and it was never even a concern. The driver let us know that not only did he have a federal CDL license he would not be come up the road because his tires may slip (June roads in Washington- all hard pack little gravel). He said he would let his boss know and he would be coming out to evaluate the road. Later in the day the manager came out and let us know he was now too nervous because of the power lines and he would ask his better drivers if they could come out. About an hour later we received a call from U-pack saying Old Dominion had refused to deliver the trailer. I immediately called Old Dominion and they let me know that they had forgotten to inform me but they weren’t coming back. After calling U-pack they said they had several options. It turned out there was one option and it involved us renting a u-haul, driving to Old Dominion and loading the truck there.nnI wouldn’t highly discourage anyone from using either company as they were both unprofessional and not knowledgeable on moving household goods or using google maps prior to booking reservations.

I've been meaning to write this review for some time, U-Pack in Spokane WA was amazingly great! They were extremely nice and made our move back to CA so easy. Affordable prices, great customer service. They will work with you on everything to get it just right. Please support this place and look no further for your moving needs.
