I had pretty much the best customer service experience for all of 2020 here! I was asisted by Jordan. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient and communicated in such a kind and thoughtful manner. He has a few difficult customers prior to me and my mind was blown on how well he de-escalated the conversation, showed realureal and empathy, I was really impressed. He was so helpful with helping me select the right U-Haul equipment, for an already stressful move. Equipment and facility was clean. Overall an amazing experience.
A wonderful experience renting a trailer. The manager, Spencer, is an amazing individual. Professional, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. I was given options , taken around the lot to choose the correct trailer for my trip and even had my trailer hitch receptacle tested for free! The seemingly arduous task of renting a trailer was easy and I WILL be a repeat customer.
The young lady (Cassidy) was most helpful and very personable as was the woman on the phone and the young Samoan gentleman who hooked up the trailer. Good people, all! Thank you!
