Our drivers name was Sam, he was fast, kind, and very friendly! We had issues with pilot transportation before our package was handed off to fast way. Both times I spoke with people at the office they were informative and such fast service! They got done in one day what pilot trasnportation couldn't do in 6 days!
FastWay Is great, Mark delivered a very difficult load to my house in rural Idaho. Mark is the best! Will always use FastWay for future shipments.
Worked here for 12 years, nothing but good things to say about the owners! They work just as hard as any employee! Which is pretty cool considering most seasoned company’s you rarely see the owners.
Had an order that was first handled by a national carrier who was very delayed (estimated delivery of 8/5 and they did not get it to fastway until 8/13) and had very poor customer service. As soon as they handed it to Fastway freight, i noticed a huge difference. They were friendly, polite and got me my package right away and even ahead of when the national carrier said it was going to be delivered.
Would give it a -0 star if I could. Please please do NOT EVER use this company. Lazy, unprofessional delivery company that will destroy you ordered products.
