Best Metro store to go to. Customer service is beyond amazing!
First time at this location. Only 1 person working and although friendly and pleasant, he needed help. I believe I was there over 30 minutes and still was not taken care of. Eventually, I had to leave.
5 star customer service! My husband and I had a great experience at this location. Under new management and they're both so great. Had some trouble with my husbands phone and they didn't pressure us to just buy a new phone, they helped us try and get it to work first. In the end we needed a new phone, but they made it such an easy process and fun. I highly recommend coming here for ALL your Metro needs!nThey truly make you feel like family.nThank you Omega and Keema!
I know the owners. Husband and wife. When you walk in they both handle their jobs better by doing more than just selling phones. My experience is always great and I've stayed with my phone company 3 years so far and I don't plan on going anywhere else to receive service.
