Yay! My phone is fixed.nI am NOT tech savvy in the least so when my phone acts up I take it to my local store.nSo it wouldn't complete calls to my wife (usually a good thing, right? lol). That started about 3 weeks after getting my new device. I don't make too many calls so I didn't think anything of it.nHowever.....! Trying to update a shopping list using text while already at the store with a cart and other customers, calling is easiest.nThis location is my go-to since I work in the area and I finally got it looked at. It's a known issue that has popped up with my particular device. Zeus was great! He took the time to research my phone's issue through different avenues. After he did a few more calls and button pushing (again..... technology scary) he got it restarted with the fix. He even showed me how to fix it myself in case it acts up before any updates take effect.nThank you so much Zeus!

The store was clean and had a good assortment of mobile needs. Spent 10 mins waiting before I was asked if I needed help when 3 employees showed up from the back with only 2 employees helping other customers when I arrived.

Ryan is THE BEST! She helped me back in September during one of their promotions. There were a few hiccups when trying to apply for their promotion and she went above & beyond to help me out. 3 months later she is still my go to person whenever I need help with any issues and she is always so willing and patient.
