I had the best experience here! Andrew and Brandy provided outstanding customer service! They both took care to explain all the options for my upgrade and the best way to help save me money. They also took the time to go over my new phone and the new features I needed to be aware of. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I’ll never go anywhere else!
Came in to the store around 7:30pm worked with Michael to upgrade mine and my husbands phones. Their systems were running soooo slow, but Michael was kind enough to stay and work patiently through it to upgrade us. We stayed until about 10:15pm. We originally called the customer service line and they gave us the wrong information. Michael is absolutely wonderful, will go directly to him now on with any needs!!!
Phones are expensive but these guys make it easy to deal with just unfortunate you can buy out a phone for 6 months.

The Guy who helped me was extremely patient and very helpful and informative. He was down to earth.When the female arrived she too had a pleasant attitude. I suppose Customer Service in the world has not completely flown out the window.
