They are great & very helpful. They take the time to explain to you what is going on with your PC & how they can try to fix it.nChris R. is a great tech & very helpful.nFor me there is no place else I would go for PC problems.nHad to go back on 6/08/20 to replace my PC, after 7 years of use!nGreyson helped me to pick out the new PC I needed, moved all my files & apps & did it in 24 hours!! He is great, as is PC Brokers. As I said 3 years ago: there is no place else to go for updates, repairs or new equipment.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They helped my fiancé and I find a new PC that fit our needs. I also got my laptop cleaned up and running faster. I felt like they were honest and reasonably priced. The Best Buy Geek Squad quoted me $50 more for the same job they did on my laptop. If we need anything computer related in the future, we'll definitely take our business here.

Very friendly staff, no upsale. I started a new computer build and needed some parts, a power supply and a CPU cooler. They had both in stock but.... their prices are through the roof! Average prices for what I needed were 235.00 shopping online, Amazon, Best Buy ect.. I paid 310+ tax. NO MILITARY discount. If you need it now, great. If not, you would be better off ordering online. Can't comment on services.

These guys are amazing. Helped with 2 laptops with issues. Had to order parts for my primary laptop. Backup, I was asking too much of. Too many windows and tabs in the windows. Prices are reasonable. Didn't charge for diagnostics or advice. I'll be happy to spend my money with them when repairs are completed.nCAN'T RECOMMEND ENTHUSIASTICALLY ENOUGH.

Very highly recommended! These guys were fantastic! Within a few sentences exchanged I had what I was looking for at the counter being rung up with a free 1 year warranty. If I have any needs or concerns they will be my go to destination from mow on.
