Integrity is the cornerstone of any business unfortunately you will not find that at CellularSales ( Verizon Dealer) from leadership to the frontline and at this time appears to be company culture. I was switching over from a different carrier and this was my first time being on a phone plan myself. I was a little nervous about all the fine print, but Korey made sure that the process to switch over was as easy as possible. It took us about a week to finally get the appointment set up, due to me having to get certain things done before I could switch over, but throughout that week he took all my phone calls and texts to assist me. Yesterday I was able to successfully get on the best plan I could possibly imagine all thanks to Korey. I am looking forward to being with Verizon and enjoying all the perks they have to offer. :)
Josh was great!!! Had a phone stop working he was able to get us taken care of quickly and even did a bill review, saving us money every month. Found my new Verizon store. Thanks Josh.
