This place is a big rip off if you need furniture. Go to a good will thrift shop consignment shop anything except this place I can’t wait to pay oof what I have so I can be done with this place. Rude workers and horrible service! Don’t get ripped off!

An amazing store with an amazing manager. Melinda went above and beyond to take care of me . I have never been treated with such kindness, compassion and true concern for making sure I was taken care off. The gentlemen who deliver my furniture were professional , efficient and caring. What an amazingly well run store. Melinda is an amazing person and an excellent manager. She truly cares

Melinda is very proud of her title of general manager and thinks she is privileged to communicate with customers with rude, demanding words of communication. She runs a very chaotic team here, and they are unable to keep up with deliveries, as promised, or present the documents needed to complete, a sale. Truly pour customer service in this store. They demand partial payment to get an account going and then never present paperwork for signature, to complete the purchase, yet, still believe money should exchange hands.nnNatasha is a puppet on Melinda's string who places calls and allows Melinda to coach her conversation from the background. Very rude and unprofessional in her communication. Sad, there is just no customer service here.nnWaiting on Regional Manager to contact me and attempt to rectify the situation. A customer, who allows these people to have a job, should not be treated, as such. Just a direct reflection of the way the world in going....incompetent, uneducated, and unappreciative of customers who allow them to have employment they should be proud of.

The general manager Melinda was amazing she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I have been through so many companies and she made it fast easy and prefect experience for me...
