These young ladies should read up on ADA laws. I was just refused service because I cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition. I am PROTECTED BY LAW. There were NO OTHER customers, only 2 employees. I repeatedly told her I cannot wear a mask due to my condition. I even offered to show paperwork validating my medical condition, which I DO NOT have to do, but I desperately needed a new phone for my business. I have used this company for 5 years and never had a problem. I will now be switching to a different phone company based on the treatment I received at the store. It is discrimination and my rights are protected by law. I will be pursuing to the full extent of the law. The very uneducated young lady if you can call her that standing behind the counter was named Ashley. Don't visit Miss Ashley if you're not fond of discrimination. Also, they weren't wearing masks. Huh....ok. After reading these reviews, it would seem Ashley doesn't play well with any customers. Seems to have power trip control issues. Don't go here if you would like respect and privacy.

Incompetent and unprofessional employees.nI purchased a new phone and brought it into this store for assistance with activating it. I was told the SIM card was locked and that I needed to send it back to the company I purchased it from. I was still charged the activation fee even though my new phone couldn’t be turned on.nAfter I left the store I told a friend about my experience. Upon looking at the new device he explained that I simply needed to enter my pin to unlock the SIM card.nI called the 1-800 number for Metro PCS and they activated my new phone at no charge.nA few days later I went into this store For a refund. If the salesperson would have been competent I would have left the store the first time with my new phone activated. Instead I paid the fee and received no service. When I asked for the refund the lady was defensive and argumentative. I was given the same assistance I had first encountered a week prior.nIf they were trained properly none of this would have happened.

My experience was ongreat! The employees were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. The employee that helped me turn my phone service back on had it all hooked up and phone set up within 10-15 mins. I'll definitely go back to that metro

We had a great experience getting a new phone plan at this Metro location. Robbie was so communicative, organized, helpful and patient, called the old carrier for us when we had issues and were on hold. I cannot recommend Robbie enough. We are so happy with our new phones and phone plan. I wasn't expecting to have such a positive experience at a phone store, but Robbie made the experience great. I will recommend this store and Robbie to everyone I know looking for a new phone plan.
