Former employee review: return policy. Customers please appreciate the heck out of this company. Not only are the restrooms superb, they let you return almost anything.
I volunteered as a bell ringer coordinator several years ago and since then have tried to support the SA whenever possible. We recieved new pots and pans as a wedding gift so I figured we would donate our previous set which was in good shape just miss matched to this location along with some other household items. We went last weekend and they were full so went back today to donate. The lady that met us at the car was beyond rude, I have never experienced anything like it she acted as if she was doing us a large and inconvient favor accepting our donations. In the future I will donate elsewhere there are plenty of organizations who would be happy to take the items. Not sure if she was a disgruntled employee or being forced to volunteer but she shouldn't have been working in that position.
They sell overpriced broken things and when you bring it to their attention they will not give you a discount.
Great prices and very clean!
