Spacious and easy to browse and find what you are looking for. There was a great sale, and coupons on my purchase and the cashier made sure I saved as much as possible and assured me that if the shirts I bought didn't fit because I had to order online and couldn't see would still able to get shipped to the store so I don't have to pay shipping. Then it arrived 3 days later not the 8 it originally said, a very pleasant surprise. Then I forgot my receipt with the scan so the young man that helped me typed it, apologized to me for any inconveniences and rushed to get it, and back. He was so very polite and respectful.
All of their jewelry breaks.nI am just really taken back.nI've had to bring some of the same jewelry back three times and still doesn't get fixed and breaks easily. I'm not happy. JCPenney was always my favorite place even since I was a little girl. I spend thousands of dollars a year JCPenney. But I've been really turned off since last Christmas. What a shame. I don't think some of their jewelry is quality. I'm very disappointed.
