We use this pharmacy all the time, as we have a daughter with a chronic condition. They always are helpful and do their best to get our prescriptions to us.
I drop my prescriptions at after work around 3PM and be told it will be ready in about an hour. Than I come back the next day at the same time and they still aren't ready!! They had 12 hours to get them done!! Don't get me wrong they probably get a lot of people in between but what the hell!! It really takes over 12 hours to fill 2 prescriptions. I mean I get it if they out fine but they have the nerve to look me dead in the eye to say Oh yes we can have this done in ONE HOUR, than when I come back the NEXT DAY they tell me they are still working on it... I'm just done.
I'm so surprised by all the negative reviews -- I've been using this pharmacy since they opened on Union Blvd., and I've had nothing but good experiences. They go above and beyond when necessary, and they treat me like a neighbor, not a number.
Always excellent service for groceries. Terrible pharmacy service.
Shame I had to give it a 1 just to write a review.
