They're always so helpful, everything is clean and organized. They always have what I need.
If I could give this store zero stars I would! The manager sounds like a joke!!! What manager lets there employees sit around gossiping about her sleeping around with staff instead of checking the quality of the product being served to us!!??? Yesn... we can hear you guys talk while we shop!!!! So unprofessional. Hopefully they get a manager in there who actually cares about being a leader and leading by example. I tried to buy milk and it was expired. There has been more than one occasion where I had to toss food out because it tasted funny or made my family sick. Do not go here unless you want to crap your brains out.
I love this location because its always clean and cashiers are friendly. Sometimes its hard to get someone to help if you have questions but I just Google it, it usually tells me where to go. :)
Had everything we needed. 2/3rds of our online order from the super Walmart another 2 miles away was cancelled and or substituted. After 6 hours of waiting and and no product. Thank you Neighborhood Walmart.
Pharmacy rep Kevin was not helpful at all. I went in to pick up Rx at 6 pm. He didn't even look in the computer or the rack of Rxs behind him to see if the Rx was filled. He looked at the ID and said no we don't have it ready. Stated it wasn't ready and I had to come back tmrw for the Rx. After I called Dr. Office and they said they already spoke to the Pharmacy and there is nothing else they should need. Finally, Robert the Pharmacist came over and stated they had some of the Rx filled but not all. There is a glitch in the system and not all filled. He then turned around and pulled 3 bags off the rack that were ready to go. Now that is the right way to handle customers, not turn them away without checking. Thank you Robert.
