I went to go get refills for 5 medications and my insurance made a mistake with my birthdate which is fine. This pharmacy failed to call me or let me know until I called around 4pm. Then Ashley the one who I spoke to on the phone says they called a old number to try to get ahold of me. First of all I get text alerts from Walmart pharmacy.nDo not go here very bad pharmacy to go to plus they have no integrity. You lie about calling someone who gets text alerts what's next giving someone wrong pills and lieing.

When I contacted them the first time, while looking for a pharmacy, they indicated they were typically in stock on my medication. This has NOT been the case. They are typically out of stock on my medication. The result is that I am typically required to wait a random length of time ranging from several days to several weeks. It would have been better if they had provided honest information up front. I no longer use this pharmacy, and I cannot recommend them.

The people who work here are so helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she could’ve let me pay full price, but she told me about GoodRX which saved me so much money on my inhalers! Thank you so much. The pharmacist I met was also very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the awesome customer service here. You guys should teach the pharmacy on N Union a thing or two about being friendly and compassionate!

I can’t say enough about the people who work here. They are always courteous, efficient, and happy to help.nRecently, Ernest went above and beyond to assist me. A prescription was called in for me as a backup because my original prescription wasn’t covered by insurance. When I told him that I was pregnant, he double checked the ingredients and strongly suggested against it, even though it was what insurance would cover. I was happy enough to pay out of pocket for something that would be safer for my pregnancy. We decided to go that route and I returned the following day to pick up my prescription. Ernest wasn’t there when I picked up my prescription but another pharmacist was. He explained that Ernest was able to give me the safer prescription and write it in a way that would be covered. I was very impressed with the way he went out of his way to look out for my health and to make it more reasonably priced. I wish to go nowhere else for my prescriptions. I know that my health is a priority here.
