Stood around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me before I left

It's ok but the web site can't be trusted

Um, I went there today and as usual wasn’t very impressed. They tend to try to be a little more helpful than Home Depot because they aren’t as busy but they don’t have the selection or quantity in stock that Home Depot does. I worked at Spokane Power Tool for 23 1/2 years and have not worked there for five years or so but they at least actually help you. And they want to. And they will spend time with you. That is what they do. Most of the staff here is simply too busy, you have to press them for help. Almost beg. Then they seem to help you begrudgingly because it pulls them away from their official duties. Not very impressive. Although in fairness that seems to be the case with most retail these days. It is hurting them too because more and more people are going online. If it was more like the way they treat you at Spokane Power Tool maybe there would be fewer retail places going out of business. Just my educated opinion. Seriously, they should have people that have no other function but to help customers find stuff.

Had what was needed to complete my do it yourself project

Visited store to pick up an item ordered online. The staff was polite and friendly. A trainee was quick to assist and will compliment the staff nicely. Great job, Lowe's!
