We went all over Spokane looking for furniture (random pieces - bedside tables, a TV stand, and a couch side table). They had the best prices, hands down! The staff was super accommodating and friendly. One of the legs for the TV stand we bought didn’t have screw holes and I do have to take it back in (I live in CDA Idaho) but they said they would replace it immediately and were nice about it. That’s the 1 star removal, I now have to go back into Spokane to get a new piece. Other than that, the quality is great and the prices were even better!

If your looking to get good quality American made furniture then this is the place for you! We stopped at a couple of big chain stores and the sales people were on you and pushy, stopped in here and the salesman Ron was absolutely great to deal with! Met the owner as well and will definitely be back when we need more furniture!

I just bought new furniture and the sales team is great and very freindly. The reason why I am giving a 2 star rating is because I came back to pick up the new couch and they said I still owed $50. Looking at the bill that I paid they made a error on the taxes or something. When we left we were told it was a done deal but the lady said that nothing mentioned it was paid in full so we still owed the money.. Any ways I will not be going back because the lady in the office is very unprofessional and was rude with me. I need to buy a bed set but taking my business else where.

Horrible service and experience!! Don’t believe or trust them! Get EVERYTHING in writing because they including the owner will lie, promise you things then “Not recall ever saying that and I have a great memory.” They also don’t call you even though they say they will, take 5 weeks to cut 1x4’s for “upgraded support.”, call to deliver only 10 minutes before they leave the store with no prior delivery arrangements made with you yet expect you to have your old furniture completely out of the way when they arrive less than a half hour later and they destroy your old furniture so you can’t sale it!! They also think their customers are incompetent idiots who wouldn’t even be able to assemble a bed frame on their own!!!

Spencer's seems to be a local family-owned business. They have a great selection and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have or stand back and let you peruse furniture selection without pressure. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with their customer service as the mattress we had purchased from them began to develop dips/sagging within a year after purchase. Lisa was very helpful with the exchange process and Craig and his son delivered our new mattress and hauled away the faulty one with smiles on their face. Great people, great business! Thank you Spencers, we will definitely be back when we are ready for more furniture!
