I was very excited to get my new phone and thanks to Marcus and Brady for helping me find the right plan i was able to set myself up with a new account and new phone

Let me just say that Austin and Big Mike are where it's at. They are SO incredibly helpful and kind. Went above and beyo d to make sure we got what we wanted and what we needed! Thanks fellas!!nWill definitely send all my friends to there two!

The gentlemen there were very friendly and even set aside the product I had called for. I needed to get a new screen protector put on and they were very nice and helpful

I have been going to this store for a while as it convenient for me. A few weeks ago I came in to the store and Mike was helping me. As always he’s professional and very helpful. As Mike and I were talking, Mohammad the manager rudely interrupted us several times. He continued to try to sell me several items after I had already said I wasn’t interested. The last time when he asked me how many lines I had, I told him I didn’t need anymore lines as I had 5 already. He was extremely rude, threw a pen down on the counter and walked off towards the employee door. After going through the door, he slammed the door shut. This behavior is not professional nor acceptable, especially from a manager. I refuse to go into this store if he is here. I have been a loyal customer of T-mobile for 12 years and have spent a great deal of money over these years. Every other person who works at this store has been great, but the manager shouldn’t be working in this industry if this is how he handles customers. I have had two negative interactions with this manager in less than six months.
