They are always helpful and really have the best prices for all kinds of batteries
I have a 2014 F350 diesel truck that takes two large batteries, and occasionally I leave my phone charger plugged in, which kills those batteries if it sets long enough without driving. After the second time of killing those batteries, they would NOT take a charge, so I took both in to Toby's to buy new batteries.nThe guy behind the counter could have sold me two new batteries right then, but he asked if I would be willing to let him try to charge them up. I had them on a battery tender for several days already, with no luck, but I decided to let him give it a try. It took a couple days if I remember.nThat was last year, and I still have those two old batteries cranking up my truck like they were never dead. He didn't make a sale that day, but he now has a customer who will be back, and who will tell others. Smart business practices have kept this place going strong for a long time.
I've had multiple battery buying experiences at Toby's. Never had anything less than stellar service out of their knowledgeable staff and quality products.
Convenient, reasonably priced, receptive and helpful crew. Took care of my needs in a flash.
Never buying battery again from Toby’s battery . They sold me motorcycle battery unpacked and with half level acid, total dead battery and tell me it’s charged. I try to charge it with no luck. Then I try replacing or returning this battery, but they tell me they need couple hours to charge it . I have customer who wants to buy my motorcycle and I just bought new battery from North 40 and sold the bike. So never buying Again!
