IF YOU ARE GIVEN THE ADDRESS TO THE CORPORATE STORE IT IS 4000 COLORADO BLVD. IN DENVER....IT IS NOT SOUTH COLORADO BLVD. THAT WILL TAKE U TO GREENWOOD VILLAGE... TO SOMEONE'S HOUSE. HAD I KNOWN THIS WHILE I WAS IN THIS STORE, I WOULD HAVE LEFT AND WENT TO THE CORPORATE STORE ON 40TH N COLORADO BLVD. I spent 4 hours in this store. The best thing that was done was the fact the Asian guy there gave my grandkids juices.nnMy story...I have been a customer of MetroPCS for almost 3 years with my current number...I have been paying $6/mo. For their 3rd party insurance (Asurion) ...for the entire time. In June of this year I needed to file a claim for my device because the screen was super cracked. First of all don't believe u will receive a replacement over night... It took 6 days to receive my replacement. Received my replacement, paid my $50 deductable.. Was sent the same device, which is #1 discontinued and #2 refurbished. I own the ZTE BLADE MAX. Then 2 months after I sent the other phone back, Asurion still debited my account for $75 which they say they will do if u don't send the damaged phone u filed the claim on, back! Which put my account into OVERDRAFT...overdraft fees at my bank are $20 each overdraft. So now today I'm using my phone and all of a sudden BOOM it stops working. No action... Nothing. So I walk to this store, as it is closest to my house, with my grand kids. Had to use the store phone because as I stated earlier my phone died and I don't mean the battery. Long story short, I spent from 3:00pm-7pm in that store being put on hold from ASURION AND THE NEW INSURANCE COMPANY ASSURANT. Being hung up on, given other numbers to call and was not offered any help. MetroPCS is offering a free phone if u start a new account, but u have to pay activation and first months bill. Called MetroPCS after not receiving any help from the INSURANCE COMPANY. I be was willing to change numbers just to get a phone without having to wait and as I stated earlier I had my grandkids who were tired, bored and hungry and also we upset that their NANNA was crying because she couldn't get another phone to use. I spent that time in that store and all the guy in the store was worried about was making money. I was told by the customer care on the phone that the people in the store can make allot of their own decisions about providing new devices. Well at this store no matter what I said how long I was there and the fact that I am posting this review from my friends phone right now, I still DON'T HAVE A PHONE! I hope when I go to the corporate store tomorrow I get some help and get a new phone because if not I will be going back to cricket or somebody else's service. Because I felt like I was not valued at all but they keep thanking u for being a valued customer. I thought customer service was about just that THE SERVICE OF CUSTOMERS... Well I heard allot of what I CAN DO FOR MYSELF.. And none of what MetroPCS can do for me unless I had more money to give them for a refurbished phone....which I was not going to do. I'm very disappointed in my first and last time ever filing a claim and the way I was treated by not only the insurance company, over the phone customer service and in store CUSTOMER service.....I heard them tell me to help myself with my cell phone issues because they didn't wanna do it. SHAME ON U TMOBILE... GET YOUR COMPANY IN CHECK. THEY ARE REPRESENTING THE TMOBILE BEANS... STEP THE SERVICE GAME UP. BECAUSE RIGHT NOW, U SUCK

I am not happy with metro pcs your costumer service sucks . I was guaranteed a good plan since I've been with metro pcs for 2 years now and they lied about the plan they where supposed to give me.  I been complaining about my service was promised a call back several times literally called 10 times and never fixed my problem.  I'm thinking I'm better off going with another company if they can't fix anything for me or at least give me a free month or something. Paying so much money for a service that fording even work
