Always excellent customer service with Ms.Mary there. Such a kind hearted young lady willing to help. She helped me creat my google account for my new phone and get my ear bud device connected that I bought else where. She definitely knows what she doing.
I have been with MetroPCS for over two years and I locked myself out of my phone or somehow I got locked out of my phone and I went over to the store to get help to see if there was any possible way that can help me unlock my phone granted it was my own phone. And they told me there was no way that they could help so what I did was I went to cricket and guess what? They open my phone for me they reset my phone and everything and got me back into my phone so I have to say this to you metro PCS do not ever think that I will be a customer ever again and this is the MetroPCS I started my services! As soon as my monthly bill is up I will be relocating thank you very much MetroPCS for not helping me because it showed me how good your customer service is which if I could give you below a zero that's what you would have!! They are also super unprofessional, they had their food all on the counter eating.

Ordered a Galaxy S9 through this store a week ago, they said they'd call me when they got it. I hadn't heard from them so I went in, and only now was told they couldn't order it at all. Don't waste your time here, go to a Metro corporate store.
