Overall this location has been the best experience I've had with a wireless store. If I need anything I usually come here, They have been great and answered my questions about plans or deals.nIs there drama with customers? Like with any wireless store there will always be a customer that expects way to much and gets mad over the service of there area. This happens at any and all wireless stores regardless of career.njust a note: I would love it if they would just keep a small blade or letter opener to open the cell phone boxes with instead of trying to with a big pair of scissors.

We were directed to visit this location after having a terrible experience at the store located at I-25 and Washington. We were greeted and I explained I was looking for a Pixel 3a because I murdered my existing phone. The gentleman advised that they didn't have any Pixels at the moment because the 4a was set to release this week. He then pointed me to comparable models and discussed the differences between the galaxy models until I chose a phone. We worked with two other gentlemen to get the phone configured, billing set up and fix the primary number on the account, which we'd been trying to fix since we started with T-mobile. The interactions were to the point and polite and got me out the door with a phone quickly. I'm sorry I didn't get any of their names, but we interacted with every employee working in the store at that moment and each time was pleasant. I will happily drive to this location again when I need to get our next set of replacement phones for my family.

Customer for at least 17 years. Bought a phone for my grandson on 8/22, asked for insurance. Phone lost , I went to store they say there was not insurance. Asked for the guy who helped me...no longer there. It seems insurance shows up nowhere on your receipt and only on your monthly bill. So we are out a phone. Just I am sorry, no customer service, lets do something, nothing. Disappointed ud83dude1e
