I went to the store on a Thur evening and Daniel assisted me in switching carriers for my phone and my watch. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He quickly took care of all the details, as well as porting everything to my new devices. AND he taught me some new things about my watch! I highly recommend him. The service price was MUCH better that Verizon as well.

Shout out to Connor at this store, who was not only friendly, professional, and efficient in activating my new iPhone initially, but who also was incredibly patient and again aces when a problem arose a week and a half later. He was knowledgeable about how to get the problem resolved and kept a good attitude the entire time. I jumped ship recently from Verizon after years with them, and I can’t say I’m yet convinced of TMobil itself but if the standard of customer service he provided is any indication I’ll be happy!

Conner was amazing! I had a complicated issue involving an unlocked phone and transferring an SD card (as I’m a sprint customer now T-MOBILE) and he took his time to actually help me and solved it!! Not only did Conner go above and beyond, he was professional and more importantly made it fun throughout the entire experience even though the resolution took a while.nnConner is a next level associate who should definitely be a manager. I haven’t seen great customer service like this in a long time. 5+ stars to him.nnI’d hire him any day!
