I just left this location and I have to say that it was by far the best experience I have ever had. I have been a customer of Sprint for 13 years so that is saying a lot. The only reason I had this great of an experience is due to the gentleman I was working with, Chris Gettler. He was amazing. I had a very complicated issue with multiple lines on my account that was created by a previous sales agent who clearly did not know what they were doing. This ended up costing me way more than I needed to be paying. Chris corrected everything he could and did so quickly and efficiently and explained clearly everything he was doing along the way. He made me feel like I could trust him he was looking out for my best interest. He also represented the best interest of the company as well. That balance between both is not always easy to do but he did it superbly well. I now have my preferred person to work with on all future transactions and I HIGHLY recommend if you have any needs at all ask for Chris Gettler. Thank you Chris for everything!!

BEST T-Mobile store. I had gone to THREE stores before coming to this one where solutions were finally found. Special shoutout to Kalei, Chris, and Raquel. Yall are the best.nGo out of your way to come to this location because you will get THE best service with employees who provide honest recommendations and support for stressful decisions. Kinda wanna go back just to hangout with them.

Absolutely the best T-Mobile Store around! Vanessa made my visit worth it, I came in with a dreading ordeal that had taken months to get resolved. One visit and it was fixed. This is the only T-Mobile I visit from now on.

Tonight my wife and I were helped out by a couple very nice young ladies! They did fantastic especially since it was their first week on the job! The store was neat and tidy, and the service was awesome. Definitely will go the extra distance to this location over others that are closer to me.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. They are very unhelpful, rude and snarky. I bought a new phone and was having issues getting the since card to work so I come down here and the guy takes one look at me and says that I need to call sprint customer service. I do so and they say that I need a new SIM card because the one I have no is not compatible. I went down to this store again today to get a new SIM card only for the same rude snarky guy who helped me last time to say “oh we don’t have SIM cards”. What? What cell phone store doesn’t have SIM cards? And as I was walking out he called after me “you could’ve called ahead!” in a very demeaning tone. Avoid at all costs. Seems they don’t actually want to help people at all.
