Really quick and efficient. The general manager helped me. Got my new phone linked to my account in a quick time. I was on the phone with customer service this morning, waste of time. But this store fixed it.
Had issues at literally 5 other stores. Endless nightmare stories. This location has always been true and helpful, with employees that know their job well, and go above and beyond! Go here! Even if its out of the way, you won't be disappointed.
Terrible...sold me a bad phone...and I have waited 2 weeks....still no phone....and NO CREDIT towards my bill...salesperson disinterested....frustrating!

After going to 2 other metro stores where they couldn’t help me, We walked in hoping someone could help me with a phone problem i was having. Jazmin the girl helping us out was able to fix the problem after a few calls. She was very patient with explaining the whole process to us, and made sure everything was working on my phone before leaving the store. Great customer service!
