I cannot recommend them enough!! I went to them to have my father's (now antique) oboe fully restored as a surprise birthday gift. Brian was super helpful in giving us background info on it (to know it was absolutely worth restoring), and was authentically excited to do the work for us, especially since it would mean so much to my dad. He restored that oboe to an amazing level, ensuring it was fully pressure tested, replacing all the pads, reinforcing an old repaired crack, shining up all the keys, conditioning the wood, and even repainting the old goldleaf logos. My dad was so surprised and overwhelmed, it was an amazing moment - all thanks to Rocky Mountain Music Repair! They even expedited the work to make sure I had it in time for his birthday. Absolutely wonderful people and fantastic workmanship. My dad has been practicing daily now, and his love of music has been rekindled. Thank you so much for this work, it meant so much to us!
I brought my 1971 Conn 48H Constellation trombone in for repair and cleaning. The tuning slide and counterweight had fallen off. I had this repaired and had one of the two inner slide tubes replaced. The cost was very reasonable and the quality of the work was outstanding. They were very helpful and customer friendly. Will definitely go back for future work when needed and I highly recommend them.
