I recently visited this T-Mobile location for assistance regarding an upgrade. I have been a Sprint customer for years and have always received stellar customer service. Fortunately, Ashley provided me equally if not surpassed impressive service as well. Not only was Ashley attentive to and knowledgeable about my needs, but she also took the time to patiently and expertly walk me through the details and process of owning and operating my new phone. Her expert technological and engaging interpersonal skills made what is normally a very stressful experience a pain-free, pleasant event.

I was having the biggest field day getting my Sprint service cancelled over the phone and was in quite a worked up state. Cyrus handled the situation like a pro. He diffused my temper, built great rapport, and we called customer care together to solve the problem. A+ service all around. I’m highly satisfied with the service provided, and most happy to have switched to T-mobile now.

I was in the T-Mobile store in Westminster (Bradburn) on June 26,2020. The store was busy and there were only 2 employees working. The employees were Kira and Cyrus! I just want to point how extremely well they handled the needs of the customers they were helping while being considerate of the customers still waiting.nThey are outstanding employees and deserved to be recognized for their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Kira and Cyrus!! Keep up the good work!!!
