The Christmas Shop near customer service is gorgeous. Truly lifted my spirits. Well stocked with the best brands. Clean, safe, helpful staff. Please shop this rare and exceptional store. Dillards needs our support. It would be a great loss to see it go.
I know we r all supposed to wear a mask, and I was as I shopped around the jewelry department, I get hot flashes horribly bad and removed it to cool down, I was fanning myself to cool down, the jewelry lady asked me to put it back on, I was more then 6 foot away from her, and no one but my mom was around, after this I counter, the lady continued to watch me as I walked around. Like I was going to steal something. She followed me into the purse department, then when my mom went to pay for her merchandise, the lady asked my mom where I was and started looking for me again.
Great clothes but people suck
Great sale this weekend and great employees.
They have lots of pretty things and the sales people are generally pretty nice. I hate that they organize by manufacturers though. I'd much rather have all the jeans together in one place for example. Their prices tend to be pretty high.
