Poor customer service. I did curbside pick up and when you get to the store and park in the curbside pick up parking spot and call the number on the sign the number doesn’t work. I go over to the website and it has the same number on the website. The number is disconnected. Why have false advertising for curbside pick up to get people to by product and fall short to your end of the deal? Total Waste of time. Don’t Promote services that you do not provide. Take down the phone number that is disconnected. Stop portraying you offer services that you do not provide and tricking people into thinking that service is offered just to get the sale.nTAKE DOWN FALSE ADVERTISING FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP! ! !

If there was a way to give this store zero stars I would. Customer Service is nonexistent. The cashiers were untrained. I have been hung up on 6 times when calling. Visited this store while traveling in the Denver area. Clerk forgot to remove the security tag from a shirt. Didn't catch this until I made it home where we have no Macy's stores. The answer from Macy's, sucks to be you. You wasted your money shopping with us. Or drive 200 miles one way to the nearest store. I wonder why department stores are going out of business, they seem to really be well run operations. Good riddance.

Tammy in cosmetics is awesome! She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very great customer service! Macy's is super and are fortunate to have employees such as Tammy!

I hid inside the clothes for an entire day smoking meth and chillin they never caught me I could of stayed over night hahahahahahahahahahah

Awesome people, very clean and professional nice to be greeted and helped without any peer pressure to buy things the guy that cleans in evenings great job keep up the good work
