WOW! I'm reading all these reviews and I don't understand what happened! Everyone at the store was amazing, and you truly can't make everyone happy but this store will go out of their way to make sure you leave smiling! This is ABSOLUTELY the best experience I've had while getting a phone. If you're interested in buying a phone, come to this store! I was really happy I went in when the manager was in store, whose name is Orlando. ASK FOR HIM!!!!

The staff at this location is phenomenal. Such an act of selflessness and kindness displayed by Donovan and the manager Orlando. They single handedly restored my faith in T-mobile. If you're looking for a caring and amazing store to do business at, I'd recommend this store and dealing with Donovan or Orlando as they are very knowledgeable.

These guys have zero customer service skills. Even after I got my issue resolved with customer care on the phone they refused to honor what T mobile had told me. If you can do business straight with T mobile online or over the phone do that. These guys don't know the first thing about customer service.

Went in to ask if my number was still active after coming back from a long trip out of the country. The lady made me buy a new line and told me that I couldn’t get my old number back. A few days ago I went to another t mobile location, and was informed that my line was still active. This caused so many problems with all my accounts that used the old phone number (bank accounts, google, apple..). Was contemplating whether I should write a review or not, but maybe this will help other customers who are looking for actual help, and not someone wanting to take advantage of them.

Great Customer service, the staff went above and beyond. I came in with some bill issues and left with a great new phone and some accessories. Will definitely be coming back to this store for my T-Mobile needs.
