I just want to compliment Ely? From the shoe department. I was looking at suits and which I have never done before. She was so busy and multi tasking took great care of me as well as like 6 other people. She made the experience so good I will drive extra miles to go back to that specific location. Thanks for helping me look good!

Online it says they close at 7 and I got there at 6:25 to do a simple return and as I was walking through the doors the lady kicked me out and said we’re closed and their was 2 other people walking in behind me that got kicked out as well. If you guys close early you should probably change the hours so people know!

Terrible attitudes the staff all had. I prefer doing my shopping online. Ugh.

I'll be so sad the day when this establishment is long gone. I love Macy's. I got myself some kicks and some shorts on clearance!
