I had such a great experience with my first altered bridesmaid dress, I’m going back again! They truly do a wonderful job at getting the perfect fit. I’m quite petite and short at 5’2” and my dress fit perfectly and looked great in the wedding photos. Also, I usually ask how long a hemming of a dress etc would take so I don’t have expectations outside of reality. She always has been fast and efficient! I do think I bring cash but I prefer to support local and she should definitely be recognized for rheir lovely shop!

I had 3 dresses that needed to be altered and she did an amazing job!! All 3 fit beautifully and you would never be able to tell that they were altered! I was charged a fair price and will be bringing all future alterations to this shop. My dresses feel brand new and I cannot wait to wear them out!

They altered my dress beautifully!! I would pay the price forever knowing that my dress was done the way it was! Slightly pricey but they did such an amazing job that I didn’t even care. It was perfect length and exactly what I wanted

I needed a zipper fixed/replaced on a longish down winter jacket. The original zipper was gray plastic with two way functionality. Of course, the color matched the gray jacket perfectly, but I didn't expect the replacement zipper to match perfectly - just close enough to not look stupid. The replacement zipper is gold metal that can only zip one way. It's ugly with the gray jacket. But the most frustrating part is not being given any options or say in what the replacement zipper would look like and having to pay for work that I don't like.

I was referred to Lucy’s around 2000 by my best friend for all of my alteration needs. I found the shop to be extremely professional and they do amazing work. In 2002 I took my wedding dress in to be altered and I was extremely impressed. Since then I have continued to take all of my alterations there as well as recommend them to family and friends who have also used Lucy’s.
